Welcome to D-13

D-13 is a wonderful home for your vacation. This unit is beautifully located just a couple blocks from the beach. You  can cruise  to the beach, camp store, laundry mat, snack bar, and water-slide in the golf cart that is included in the cost of the rental. It has 3 bedrooms (one queen, 1 full, and 1 full/twin bunk-bed) and 2 full bathrooms . It has been recently upgraded with  LCD TV's in the living room and bedroom and a new granite counter top in the kitchen as well as new flooring in several rooms.  It has a nice grilling station with a new charcoal grill and a covered porch so you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather.

This cottage is $1574.00 per week (7 day minimum rental) + Taxes and Fees

 All rentals include the use of a golf cart (a $430.00 value). If available an additional golf cart may be rented for $300.00 per week.

*The resort charges a $10 per day per vehicle parking pass to get in, we don't collect this, they do. If you rent from us we will send information on how to contact them to get this car pass ahead of time.
